Gate a page behind a numeric passcode. Visitors enter a code to unlock — cookie remembers them for 7 days. For client previews and soft launches.

Settings

Numeric passcode visitors enter to unlock protected pages. Change it from the default before going live. Individual pages can override it in their Page Data. A page with Protect attached but no passcode is operators-only — logged-in admins can preview it, the public cannot.

How long a visitor stays unlocked after entering the passcode, in hours (168 = 7 days). Set to 0 for a session cookie that clears when the browser closes.

Lock the whole site behind one shared passcode instead of locking each page separately. When on, every protected page uses the Default Passcode and a single unlock cookie — enter the code once and the whole site unlocks. Per-page passcodes and protectScope groups are ignored while this is on.
