Export the collection data in JSON format. This is useful for creating backups or transferring data between systems. This data gives you the most true/rich data from the CMS. While it will not contain images and files, it will contain all of their meta data.

Export the collection data in CSV format. This is a great way to quickly edit certain types of data in a spreadsheet. This data is not as rich as the JSON data, but it is easier to manipulate in a spreadsheet.

Export Collection to ZIP Archive

Export the entire collection as a ZIP file containing all JSON data files, images, documents, and other assets. This creates a complete backup that includes both the data and all associated files. Cache folders are excluded to keep the archive size manageable.
